What McNabb Fleet Command does

McNabb Fleet Command is an internal business operations tool. It helps authorized users review company information, including customer records, invoices, accounts receivable, and related business reports.

The app may connect to QuickBooks Online after an authorized user gives permission through Intuit’s authorization process.

Permission to use the app

McNabb Services Inc. gives authorized users limited permission to use McNabb Fleet Command for legitimate McNabb business purposes.

You may not:

• Use the app for unlawful purposes
• Give access to unauthorized people
• Copy, sell, or redistribute the app
• Attempt to bypass security
• Use the app to access another company’s information without permission
• Interfere with the app or its systems

QuickBooks Online connection

QuickBooks Online is provided by Intuit and is governed by Intuit’s own terms and policies.

McNabb Fleet Command only receives QuickBooks information after an authorized user approves the connection. The user may disconnect the QuickBooks connection at any time.

McNabb Fleet Command is not a replacement for QuickBooks Online. Users should continue to rely on QuickBooks Online and qualified accounting professionals for official accounting records and decisions.

User responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your sign-in information private
• Using the app only for approved business purposes
• Confirming that you have permission to connect a QuickBooks Online company
• Reviewing important financial information in QuickBooks Online
• Reporting suspected security problems promptly

Service availability

McNabb Services Inc. will make reasonable efforts to keep the app available. Service may be interrupted for maintenance, security work, upgrades, system failures, internet problems, or events outside McNabb Services Inc.’s control.

No professional advice

McNabb Fleet Command provides business information and reporting tools. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice.

Users should consult a qualified professional before making important accounting, tax, legal, or financial decisions.

Ownership

McNabb Fleet Command and its software, design, documentation, and related materials belong to McNabb Services Inc. or its authorized providers.

This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the app or its software to you.

Ending access

McNabb Services Inc. may suspend or end access if a user violates this Agreement, misuses company information, creates a security risk, or no longer has permission to use the app.

You may stop using the app and disconnect QuickBooks Online at any time.

Changes to this Agreement

McNabb Services Inc. may update this Agreement when the app, law, or business needs change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
