Privacy Policy

Information we access

With permission, McNabb Fleet Command connects to a company’s QuickBooks Online account. The app may read business information such as:

• Customer names and company names
• Invoices and invoice dates
• Invoice amounts and balances
• Invoice line items
• Other QuickBooks Online accounting information needed for company reporting

The app does not ask for or store a user’s QuickBooks password.

How we use the information

We use QuickBooks Online information only to help McNabb Services Inc. review company operations, customers, invoices, accounts receivable, and financial activity.

We do not sell QuickBooks information. We do not use QuickBooks information for advertising. We do not use the information for purposes unrelated to McNabb Fleet Command.

QuickBooks authorization

A user must approve the connection through Intuit’s QuickBooks Online authorization screen. The user may refuse access.

The connection can be disconnected or revoked through QuickBooks Online or by contacting McNabb Services Inc.

Data security

McNabb Services Inc. uses reasonable safeguards to protect business information. Access is limited to authorized McNabb personnel and approved systems.

No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If McNabb Services Inc. learns of a security problem that affects users, it will investigate and take reasonable steps to respond.

Data storage and retention

McNabb Fleet Command keeps QuickBooks information only for as long as it is needed for company operations, reporting, accounting support, legal requirements, or security purposes.

When the information is no longer needed, McNabb Services Inc. will delete it or securely dispose of it when reasonably possible.

Disconnecting the connection

To disconnect QuickBooks Online from McNabb Fleet Command:

1. Contact McNabb Services Inc. using the information below; or
2. Revoke the app’s access through QuickBooks Online.

After the connection is revoked, McNabb Fleet Command will not request new QuickBooks information unless the connection is approved again.

Changes to this policy

McNabb Services Inc. may update this Privacy Policy when the app, law, or data practices change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
